Account and data
To get a copy of your data or delete your account, write to us from the email linked to your account. Deletion is completed within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy.
Billing and refunds
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their policies. For purchases made directly with us, write to us and we will sort it out.
Security
Found a vulnerability? Email hello@arcticpug.com with “Security” in the subject. Please do not disclose it publicly until we have fixed it. See also security.txt.
